If you love people and would enjoy welcoming them as they arrive on the Bethlehem campus, check out the Host Team ministry! This is a great opportunity to help people feel comfortable at Bethlehem and help prepare the way for what God has in store for them in the Worship Service.

Parking Team:
At Bethlehem, hospitality starts in the parking lot! The Parking Team is more than just parking cars – it is about helping people arrive and depart the Worship Center in an orderly and encouraging way. This energetic and optimistic team sets the tone for everyone who visits the Bethlehem campus.

1st Time Greeter Team:
We want 1st time guests to have an enjoyable experience at Bethlehem. This begins by providing 1st time guests preferred parking and offering a guided tour to where they need to go. This service is never a ‘pressure-type’ encounter, so our 1st time guests love this option of a personal guide to help them navigate their first visit to Bethlehem.

Greeter Team:
The Greeter Team does an impressive job of opening doors, passing out worship guides and providing a welcoming handshake and smile. All these personal touches make a great first impression!

Information Center Team:
When people have questions, they will be coming to the Information Center. From 1st time guests to regular Bethlehem attendees, people will come your way in search for information, directions, guidance to a prayer counselor, to register for events or maybe just to receive a kind word. This team is all about information and encouragement!

‘Above the Grind’ Coffee Shop Team:
How about some warm java or hot chocolate to start your day at Bethlehem? This team is coffee with a smile…and you get to meet a lot of great people, too!

‘Above the Grind’ Bookstore Team:
People visit the ‘Above the Grind’ bookstore when they are in search for resources to help them in their spiritual journey. From books and devotionals, to CD’s and shirts, this team is a great asset in helping to provide materials for the spiritual growth of all ages of people at Bethlehem.

Usher Team:
More than just seating people and receiving the offering, the Usher Team helps create an atmosphere in the auditorium that helps people to experience God in a powerful way. Be a part of a team that welcomes, helps, and truly serves people so they are free to experience Christ.

Follow-Up Team:
When someone completes a Connection Card indicating they have made a decision for Christ or would like more information, this team springs into action. Quick replies with brochures, spiritual growth material and a personalized card lets people know that the Follow-Up Team cares about them and is glad to serve them.
