1. Look at the types of groups on the right and click on one type that best fits you.
2. Our database of groups will filter down to the groups that fit your choice.
3. Scroll through the filtered groups and compare details that matter to you (ex. meeting day, location in town, possibly the group description).
4. Make contact with a group:
   • Option 1: They contact you: Click “join the group” and follow the directions. The group leader will contact you soon by phone or email.
   • Option 2: You contact them: Click on a group leader’s email address to email them if you want more info about a group (or you can call them).
