If you love children (kindergarten through 5th grade) and would like to work with this age group - we'd love to hear from you!

Complete the application below to take a TEST DRIVE.  You will receive the opportunity to shadow one of our current team members and then decide if Startown is a good fit for you.

 

NOTE:  To protect the students entrusted to our ministry, all Startown volunteers are required to complete a full application and a random background check before joining the Startown team.

Small Group Leader:  Serves as the primary role model for the same group of 8-10 kids on a weekly basis.
Coach:  Provides leadership and support to a team of 4-8 small group leaders and oversees the classroom on Sunday mornings.
Greeter/Registration:  Welcomes children and helps to get them checked in.
Host Team:  Greets new families as they enter the Startown hallway and guides them through the entire process of checking into a class.
 Storyteller/Host:  Leads the large group Bible Study on Sunday mornings.
Worship Team:  Leads the large group in worship Sunday mornings.
A-V/PowerPoint Technician:  Runs the sound, lights or computer graphics in Startown on Sunday mornings.
Drama:  Perform skits that support the Bible teaching on various Sunday mornings, as well as 252 Avenue one Sunday night a month.
Apprentice:  Checking things out - Work alongside one of the leaders in any area and see if this is something that you would like to do.
